Boat Lied

Jim Martini from South Lake Tahoe puts his last 2100 in for almost two bets on a 9d9h3h board and has two callers.
Both check the Qx turn while one of the players then bets 2400 when the 8d hits the river.
With 3rd player debating a call, Martini slides 2 cards up in his hand, so he definitely has a playable hand. The 3rd playet does not look Martini's way, thinks and mucks.
Martini flips his best two up and announces "nines full of threes," for a flopped boat.
The other player slides forward 9c8s for a turned nines full of eights, Martini gets rivered and his day comes to an end.
